Friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The chai latte and matcha latte were well-prepared. The carrot cake was fresh and flavorful, though the croissant was fairly ordinary. One downside is that they do not serve any hot teas, which could be disappointing for tea lovers.

The espresso is lovely and doesn't require sugar. The baristas are well- trained. The croissants are fresh, light, & flaky. We enjoyed sitting outside. The restroom is clean. * * * * * * * I prefer traditional cortados (equal parts espresso & steamed milk.) At The Hidden Roasters, they put only one shot of espresso in their cortado, which means it has more milk than espresso, which I don't prefer...but it was still good. In the future when we visit this cafe, I'll add a shot of espresso to my Cortado to get a more traditional Cortado.

Love having water served on the side. Not many places do this. Small coffee shop with great creamy coffee. Staff were friendly. Cake was delicious, croissant was nice as well.
